A1cBoost is a wellness, education, habit-building, tracking, and coaching support platform. It provides tools for habit tracking, meal reflection, AI-powered coaching, and progress reporting to help users build better metabolic health habits.

A1cBoost is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service does not provide medication dosing, insulin dosing, or individualized medical recommendations. Content provided through A1cBoost, including AI coaching responses, is for educational and wellness purposes only. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

A1cBoost offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within A1cBoost (check-ins, meal notes, reflections). By using the Service, you grant A1cBoost a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to: attempt to gain unauthorized access; distribute malware; impersonate others; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

A1cBoost LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
